Through a year-long process of listening, conversation, and prayerful discernment, Trinity Concord named six core values that define who we are and guide how we live together as a community of faith. These are not aspirations — they describe us as we are, at our best.
Trinity is a place where we grow together in faith, welcoming curiosity as we build a foundation for our faith — for all our students and teachers of the good news.
To know and experience the very real presence of God through the touch of the Holy Spirit, encountered in worship, in community, and in one another.
Community at Trinity is manifested in Sunday services and beyond — in ways that transcend differences and allow us to know and be known, driven by the conscious choice to be present to one another.
Our worship is multifaceted — with an emphasis on liturgy, music, community, and prayer. Episcopal worship grounds us, connects us across time, and forms us in faith.
Bearing witness to our shared human experiences and trusting that we will be lifted up by one another in God's love — through illness, loss, joy, and every season of life.
Trinity glorifies God through music. We offer robust traditional Anglican music as well as special musical offerings that enrich our worship and draw us closer to the Holy.
Looking Forward
In 2025 and 2026, Trinity undertook its most comprehensive listening process in decades. Through the Congregation Assessment Tool, parish listening sessions, and strategic planning retreats, over 200 parishioners helped shape a new strategic plan — Vision 150 — designed to carry Trinity to its 150th anniversary in 2035. The plan centers on four critical commitments that emerged from the congregation's own voice:
