How are we called to be conduits of God’s mercy in an all-too-often-unjust world? This summer, all are invited to read Bryan Stevenson’s compelling book of stories, Just Mercy. While there is no formal programming built into this suggestion, we hope you will read and then share which stories and insights spoke to you. Tell a friend, talk about it in the grocery store line, or over lemonade after the 8:00 am this summer, or while you make lunches for the B-Safe kids in August.
You can hear a sermon by Bryan HERE.
We will also have a few copies in the Trinity Library to borrow for a week at time. You are welcome to either sign one of those out, or donate a copy to the library so more people can borrow it from us at a time! Leave donated copies in the office along with your name so we can know who our donors are!
We look forward to having this book become part of our community dialogue.
